The Nile River Camp offers travelers a relaxed and beautiful experience on the banks of the River Nile just 15min drive (8km) north of Jinja town. With plenty of green spaces, trees teaming with exotic birds and monkeys, access to swim in the river, a swimming pool and a fully stocked bar, you could park up here and forget about time for a while and just switch off! With accommodation aimed firmly at the wallets of budget travelers you can choose to pitch your own tent, sleep in one of eight 6-bed dormitories (48 bed capacity) or in one of ten safari tents positioned looking out across the River. Budget accommodation does not mean basic, all the accommodation comes with all bedding provided as well as hot showers and proper toilets! A range of food can be ordered from the bar and there are a variety of other restaurant choices within easy walking distance should you wish to try something different. Activities at the camp include; swimming pool, rope-swing, SUP's, Kayaks, MTB's, Boat trips. Activities close by; Quad biking, Horse Riding.
